CB "Moskommertsbank" (formerly CB "MBRP" Interregional Bank for Development of Entrepreneurship (Limited Liability Company)) - was founded in 2001 as a strategic partner of Kazkommertsbank in Russia. Since early 2002, introducing a separate legal entity, the Bank conducts business policy of "Kazkommertsbank" in Russia, receiving from KKB all possible information and technical support. In 2008 Moskommertsbank has become a full subsidiary of "Kazkommertsbank", one of the largest banks in the CIS. In December 2010 Commercial Bank "Moskommertsbank” (Limited Liability Company) was reorganized to the Commercial Bank "Moskommertsbank" (Open joint stock company).
Today Moskommertsbank is a universal bank for SME, Retail and Corporate Banking. Moskommertsbank provides a wide range of banking products and services for private, corporate clients and financial institutions. The priority areas of activity are the retail business, lending to small and medium-sized businesses, the corporate sector.
Moskommertsbank is currently rated 'A +' (high creditworthiness, the first level) by "National Rating Agency" and "B-" (long term issuer default) by Fitch Rating with stable outlook.
